Malunggay Tea
Ingredients

2 tsp Malunggay (moringa) dried leaves

1 cup boiling water

Get dried up Malunggay leaves; put 1-2 tablespoons into a French Press or tea ball. Steep in boiling or hot water for 3-5 minutes. Drink.
