1 monk's fruit

1.5 litres water

Rinse the dried monk fruit under running water. Break the shell and the contents of the monk fruit into smaller pieces. Set aside.

Add monk fruit pieces into a pot of water. Bring to boil. Then, lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
