Ingredients

200 ml coconut milk

100 g palm sugar

1 sachet vanilla sugar

1 large banana, sliced

1 small sweet potato, peeled and cut

2 pieces ripe jackfruit

1 pinch kosher salt

100 ml warm water

Simmer the sweet potato in boiling water until soft.

Add coconut milk, palm sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add all remaining ingredients. Continue cooking for a few minutes.

Serve with a few ice cubes.
