Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 g palm sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 small sweet potato, peeled and cut
- 2 pieces ripe jackfruit
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- 100 ml warm water
Steps
- Simmer the sweet potato in boiling water until soft.
- Add coconut milk, palm sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Then add all remaining ingredients. Continue cooking for a few minutes.
- Serve with a few ice cubes.
