Iron-packed Juice
Ingredients

¼ cup ready-to-eat dried apricots , finely chopped

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds , roughly chopped

9 oz carrots , roughly chopped

2 oz spinach

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp kelp powder

Mineral water

Place the apricots in a small bowl, and pour in ½ cup boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes. Drain.

Push the spinach through a juicer, followed by the carrots, then apricots. Stir in the lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, and kelp powder.

Pour the juice in a glass, and top with mineral water. Serve immediately.
