Grilled Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients

5 tbsp olive oil

8 garlic cloves

440 g salmon fish

220 g asparagus

Fill a pan some oil and add the garlic and fry till they turn brown. Turn off the heat and discard the garlic.

Now use this oil to lace the salmon on both sides. Place this salmon on a preheated grill and cook for 4-5 mins on medium heat. Right before turning the salmon, place the asparagus on the same grill and grill it for 4-5 mins.

In the meantime turn the salmon. When the fish reaches 145°F, its cooked.

Take the salmon and asparagus off the grill and serve together (with lemon slice and mashed potatoes if desired).
