Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

1/2 cup fresh young coconut meat

2 tbsps hemp powder protein

2-3 dates , pitted

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

2 large handfuls of fresh spinach

1 cup frozen strawberries

Combine all the ingredients, except strawberries, in a blender until liquified.

Add in strawberries and ice and blend again until smooth.
