Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup fresh young coconut meat
- 2 tbsps hemp powder protein
- 2-3 dates , pitted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
Steps
- Combine all the ingredients, except strawberries, in a blender until liquified.
- Add in strawberries and ice and blend again until smooth.
