Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh young coconut meat
  • 2 tbsps hemp powder protein
  • 2-3 dates , pitted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients, except strawberries, in a blender until liquified.
  2. Add in strawberries and ice and blend again until smooth.
