Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 in minced ginger
  • 2 eggs binati
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 stalk spring onion tinadtad nang pino
  • 1 1/2 bowls ng bahaw

Steps

  1. Sa isang kawali, initin ang sesame oil at igisa ang luya ng 3 minuto. Ihalo ang binating itlog.
  2. Kapag malapit nang maluto ang itlog, idagdag ang bahaw, at haluing mabuti hanggang mahalo ng mabuti.
  3. Idagdag ang soy sauce at haluin muli. Lagyan ng spring onion pang garnish.
