Ginger Chicken in Sesame Oil

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps sesame oil
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
  • 2-3 inch fresh ginger binalatan at hiniwa into strips
  • 12 oz chicken thigh cubed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 pinch white pepper
Steps
  1. Hiwain ang manok into cubes
  2. Sa kawali, initin ang sesame oil at igisa ang luya hanggang maging brown at maging fragrant
  3. Idagdag ang manok at prituhin ng 15 segundo
  4. Ibuhos ang toyo, rice wine, at ground white pepper
  5. Isama ang tubig ‘tsaka haluin
  6. Takpan ang kawali at hinaan ang apoy.
  7. Hayaang maluto ang manok ng 10-12 minuto
  8. I-serve agad
