2-3 inch fresh ginger binalatan at hiniwa into strips

12 oz chicken thigh cubed

1/2 cup water

3 pinch white pepper

Hiwain ang manok into cubes

Sa kawali, initin ang sesame oil at igisa ang luya hanggang maging brown at maging fragrant

Idagdag ang manok at prituhin ng 15 segundo

Ibuhos ang toyo, rice wine, at ground white pepper

Isama ang tubig ‘tsaka haluin

Takpan ang kawali at hinaan ang apoy.
