Ingredients

2 large eggs

¼ cup babys milk (breastmilk, cow’s milk, formula)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sprinkle of cinnamon

3-4 slices of whole wheat bread, cut into strips

1 tbsp butter

In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Melt the butter in a griddle or pan over medium heat.

Dunk the bread strips into the egg mixture to coat. Transfer to griddle or pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown.

Remove from pan and cool on plate. Top with sliced bananas, berries, yogurt, or syrup.

Freeze leftovers in a freezer bag, arranged in a single layer. To heat, microwave 10-20 seconds before serving.
