Ingredients
  • 8 oz firm tofu (225 g)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper , ground
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
Steps
  1. Chop the tofu and crumble (fork works best) it into tiny pieces.
  2. Heat a bit of oil on a skillet. When hot enough, add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and cook on medium high heat for about 7 minutes.
  3. Serve with toasted bread and top with parsley.
