Ingredients

8 oz firm tofu (225 g)

¼ tsp salt

1/8 tsp black pepper , ground

¼ tsp turmeric powder

Chop the tofu and crumble (fork works best) it into tiny pieces.

Heat a bit of oil on a skillet. When hot enough, add the tofu and the rest of the ingredients. Stir well and cook on medium high heat for about 7 minutes.

Serve with toasted bread and top with parsley.
