Ingredients

  • 225 g firm tofu
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

  1. I-mash ang tofu (tokwa) hanggang maging maliliit na piraso na lamang ito.
  2. Mag-init ng mantika sa isang kawali. Idagdag ang tokwa at ang lahat ng ibang ingredients.
  3. Haluing mabuti at lutuin ng 7 minuto.
  4. I-serve kasama ang bread toast.
