Ingredients
- 225 g firm tofu
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Steps
- I-mash ang tofu (tokwa) hanggang maging maliliit na piraso na lamang ito.
- Mag-init ng mantika sa isang kawali. Idagdag ang tokwa at ang lahat ng ibang ingredients.
- Haluing mabuti at lutuin ng 7 minuto.
- I-serve kasama ang bread toast.
