Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup carrot , grated

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp allspice

3 tbsp raisins

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tbsp grade b maple syrup

1¼ cup almond milk , unsweetened

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients and mix well to coat evenly.

Put a lid on the bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Top with Greek yogurt if desired.
