Ingredients
  • 226 g bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 77 g sour cream
  • 2 tsps pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F (176.6°C). Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. In a small saucepan, stir butter and chocolate over low heat until melted and well-combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Add the flour mixture and whisk well. Add the melted chocolate and stir until blended. Add the Graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate chips and stir gently until well-blended.
  5. Scrape the batter into the baking pan and spread it as evenly as you can. Bake for 24-26 minutes, until puffed and the center still jiggles when the pan is gently shaken.
  6. Cut into 12 or 16 pieces and serve.
