Banana Shake with Dates

Ingredients
  • ½ medium ripe banana
  • ½ cup 1% milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 pitted date , chopped
Steps
  1. Place banana, yogurt, milk and honey in blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Add in dates
  3. Continue blending for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour into glass and serve.
