Banana Shake with Dates
Ingredients

½ medium ripe banana

½ cup 1% milk

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt

½ tbsp honey
-
1 pitted date , chopped

Place banana, yogurt, milk and honey in blender, blend until smooth.

Add in dates

Continue blending for 2-3 minutes.

Pour into glass and serve.
