Ingredients

1 cup peeled ripe mango , cubed

1 medium banana , sliced

2/3 cup fat-free milk

1 tbsp nonfat dry milk

1 tsp honey

¼ tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the mangoes: arrange the cubed mangoes on a baking sheet, and freeze for 1 hour.

Place all the ingredients (with the frozen mangoes) in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve.
