Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango cubed
  • 1 medium banana hiniwa
  • 2/3 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tbsp non-fat powder milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Ilagay ang cubes ng mangga sa baking sheet at i-freeze ng isang oras.
  2. Ilagay lahat ng sangkap kasama ang mangga sa blender. I-blend hanggang mahalo nang mabuti.
