Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe mango cubed
- 1 medium banana hiniwa
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tbsp non-fat powder milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Ilagay ang cubes ng mangga sa baking sheet at i-freeze ng isang oras.
- Ilagay lahat ng sangkap kasama ang mangga sa blender. I-blend hanggang mahalo nang mabuti.
