Ingredients

4 5-6 oz fillets of boneless fish

1 garlic clove

4 tbsp unsalted butter

1/4 cup cooking cream

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 tbsp chopped shallots

Salt and pepper to taste

4 lemon slices and parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 200C/390F

Place fish in a baking dish. Make sure it has space around it. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix melted butter with cream, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Sprinkle the chopped shallots on the fish and then pour the sauce over.

Place in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or just when the fish is cooked.
