Ingredients
- 4 5-6 oz fillets of boneless fish
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cooking cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp chopped shallots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 lemon slices and parsley for garnish
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200C/390F
- Place fish in a baking dish. Make sure it has space around it. Season both sides of the fish with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter with cream, garlic, mustard, and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle the chopped shallots on the fish and then pour the sauce over.
- Place in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or just when the fish is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
