Ingredients

  • 0.25 g baby carrots
  • 2 medium broccoli florets
  • 20 g lean beef
  • 1 tsps brown rice
  • 30 ml beef broth
  • 1 small beetroot puree
  • 1 small apple puree

Steps

  1. Add all the ingredients except sauce into your pot of choice.
  2. Cook till rice and millet are ready and all liquid absorbed. Use a slow cooker and it was cooked for around an hour on high.
