Ingredients

3 apples halved

1 large fu ling

1 tbsp apricot kernels

1 tbsp dried tulip bulb

2 sugared dates

1 dried tangerine peel

1 cup dried seabed coconut

4 cups water

Boil your water in a ceramic pot

Half your apples, keeping the skin on (so they don't completely disintegrate into the tea)

When your water boils, add all the ingredients in together

Boil on medium for 2 hours. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
