Ingredients

6 gala apples peeled, cored, and roughly chopped

2 packed cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup water

Ilagay ang apples at tubig in a medium na saucepan. Cover at simmer over medium-low initin for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the spinach on top of the apples at simmer for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from initin at cool slightly.

Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor for 1 to 2 minutes, until completely makinis.
