Apple and Cabbage Puree

Ingredients
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple , peeled and grated
  • 1 cup red cabbage , finely shredded
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tbsp golden raisins
Steps
  1. In a saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce the heat, cover, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Transfer the apple and cabbage mixture into a food process or blender. Puree until smooth. Add water in increments to achieve desired consistency. Serve.
