Ingredients

3 tomatoes

1 baby cucumber

1 sweet onion

3/4 cup cilantro , freshly chopped

3 tbsps lemon juice

Peel and chop all vegetables.

Combine all vegetables well, and toss together.

Pour the lemon juice and sprinkle salt according to your taste.

Now, toss again and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
