Coconut & banana smoothie
Ingredients

3 tbsps milk of your choice

1/2 tsp ground turmeric

3 cm piece of fresh ginger , peeled

2 tsps baobab powder (optional)

1 small ripe banana

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp oats

Juice of half a lemon

Idagdag ang coconut yogurt at milk sa high-speed blender, tapos idagdag ang turmeric, fresh ginger at baobab powder (kung gagamit). Ipasok ang mga natitirang ingredients at i-blend hangang smooth. Puwedeng dagdagan ng yelo kung gusto mong malamig.
