  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp butter
Steps
  1. Put the oats in a blender and pulverize until resembles sand.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the egg and the oat flour, and mix.
  3. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Drop the pancake batter, 1 ½ tbsp at a time, into the pan. Cook until bubbles pop on the top of the pancakes, about 2 minutes. Flip. Cook until golden.
  4. Serve.
