Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1 medium egg
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp butter
Steps
- Put the oats in a blender and pulverize until resembles sand.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas. Add the egg and the oat flour, and mix.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan. Drop the pancake batter, 1 ½ tbsp at a time, into the pan. Cook until bubbles pop on the top of the pancakes, about 2 minutes. Flip. Cook until golden.
- Serve.
