Ingredients

1 cup apple cubes

1/4 cups finely chopped dates

1/2 cup banana cubes

5 tbsps plain yogurt

1 cup chopped raspberries

Mix all the fruits in a bowl.

Add yogurt to it and mix well.

Keep the bowl in the refrigerator for an hour.

Eat chilled.
