Zyrtec-R safe for pregnancy?

Hi is Zyrtec-R safe for pregnancy? I’ve been having flu every 2 weeks and dr meds are not working.

apparently i took zyrtec , telfast . its fine . im on my second pregnancy even nw . first born healthy . some of my zyrtec were given by doctor due to itch
