Belly button bleeding after umbilical cord falls off

Yesterday nagfall off na ung umbilical cord ni baby. Ika 9th day niya. Today po may smear of blood sa belly button. Normal po ba ito? If yes, ilang days po expected na magbleed ang belly button niya?

Hello. Normal lang po kung may dry blood at nana. Continue po sa 70% ethyl alcohol, 1 drop at wag parin basain. Pero not normal kung flowing yung blood at oozing pus.
