Try to keep work at work and don’t think about it but most of the time fail because too much work so need to bring home lol

Manage time well. Finish work at work, dont bring it home. Spend time with family. Dont delay

Meditation and exercise. Also a grateful mindset and a loving husband helps. :)

I can just keep things separate which is good. I also happen to like my job

I do exercise and always look forward to seeing and being with my family :)

i try not to bring work home by trying to be as effecient as I can

having someone or a dog to come home to is an amazing feeling

Setting up boundaries. turn off work notifications. uplug.

i try my best to keep my work & personal life separated.
