Skin infection

Hi all...wonder if anyone encounter the same issue as me? I am currently at wk 17 and the skin infection started from small red bump around my belly area. About 10 days have pass, and it become red patches as shown. No sign of fever, cough or flu. Just itchness when touch the affected area. Doctor at kkh and also raffles had prescibe me w chlorphenriamine. No lotion to apply. Help please🥶🥶🥶

When your body go through a different hormone changes, you will encounter dry skin, red bumps, itchiness, etc. So nothing can be done for now. But, do ask if it will be gone after pregnancy or is it prolong red bumps, etc. And if there's any better skin lotion that helps you.
