Piles In 6.5 Months

My wife is facing severe issues with piles at 6.5 months. Can this be operated. She is in a lot of pain. Did anyone had similar situation, if yes what was the treatment and whr. We are Situated in mumbai. Asap reply appreciated.

I too had it but was painless. As the fetus grows the pressure also increases and that causes this problem. U can ask ur gynac for solution.
