Bleeding in late 2nd trimester and piles

Hey ! Has anyone experienced bleeding in the 2nd trimester ? I went to KK and they mentioned that my placenta is lying low in the tummy. Is it something to be worried about ? Should I do prenatal massages ? Also, I am experiencing a lot of discomfort at my anus area and turns out I have piles sticking out of the hole. Has anyone experienced this too and how did you get over it? Doctor only gave me cream and ask me to push it back in. Any other remedies I can use?

If you have low lying placenta and have a few months to go before delivery, doc will usually order bed rest or not to do anything too vigorous. Personally I would avoid prenatal massages for now and rest a lot. But do check with your gynae on what is allowed.
