This helps to answer your questions. Just use the maternity pad/period pad. Also during labour did the doctor remove as much blood clot? And if during confinement when you have your masseuse massaging, did she help to massage your womb area. I'm sure they will be able to tell through their experience too. Nevertheless, keep track of the date you get it and if this persistent more than the period days, do consult with doctor to have a proper follow up.
