Lay tummy down after csection

At which month after csection were you able to lie on your tummy ? And was it confortable? do you feel like theres extra fat or lump at your lower tummy

3 weeks, coz of the post natal massage, need to lie on stomach. I felt a bit scared lying on my stomach initially, but it's fine for me. But different people have different recoveries and experiences.
