Cheese for baby 6m

I only give cheese to my baby when she’s 1yo. I got her normal square cheese like kraft singles (but not the whole piece in one serving) and cottage cheese.

Some sources say it’s safe to offer cheese as early as 6 months while others say it’s better to wait until sometime between 8 and 10 months.
