Hey Jessica, I believe it’s okay to feed certain types of cheese to a baby 6 months old and up. It can form a part of a healthy, balanced diet for them providing calcium, protein and vitamins. But make sure it’s only made from pasteurised milk. You can check that on the label. Some of the best options you have are mild cheddar, cottage cheese, and cream cheese. It’s best to avoid mould-ripened soft cheese such as brie or blue-veined cheese like roquefort since these might carry harmful bacterias.
