Which one better natal esstial, chili paidi or rich food for confinement food? Thanks

I had natal essential for my confinement period. Food taste good and big potion can be share by 2 person. But the menu is kinda of repeat. But I guess all confinement food is like that. But not bad, the food was delivered to me hot.

I had natal essential. Heres an image from my confinement. Their portion is good enough for 2 and I especially like their soup. I find it non oily. You can also have special requirements.
