Breast Abscess

Where can I treat breast abscess at affordable price? Treatment is needed urgently so I went to Thomson breast clinic. But i am being charge $500-$600 plus each visit. I need to go back every 2 days to do incision and drainage. I am feeling helpless, I really want to breast feed be the treatment is so slow and expensive. :( Any suggestion?
