Generally, the DTaP (diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis) vaccine is recommended for babies at ages 2, 4, and 6 months, and again at 15 through 18 months of age. A booster shot is recommended for children ages 4 through 6 years old.

First tetanus is given when the baby is 2, 4, and 6 months. And then when the baby is 15 months old. And at 4 to 6, a booster shot is given. http://www.cdc.gov/features/tetanus/
