Me and hubby had sex as per normal throughout my whole pregnancy. I dont even know I was pregnant until I reach 20 weeks. Meaning we were even active in sex during my first trimester. I am now 34 weeks, still having sex whenever we feel like it. Everything is fine. For my 1st pregnancy back in 2017 also nothing change to our sex routine, always active even when I was at 38 weeks and I end up giving birth smoothly at exactly 39 weeks. Haha. As long as Doctor say your pregnancy has no complications, you can safely have sex as much as you want.
