When I was still exclusively breastfeeding my little one, one of my co-worker gifted me this. She told me that this will help me in my milk supply. True enough lumakas nga yung milk supply ko kaya I drink this instead of drinking regular coffee every morning. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I experienced that mommy. 1 year and 3 months bago ako niregla ulit. Una because I am breastfeeding and pangalawa may PCOS ako. So I suggest mommy to consult your OB para po makasure kayo bakit hindi pa kayo nireregla.

Yan din po iniinom ko, nung months plang si LO ko super sarap tlaga

Effective naman po siya sakin, until now BF prin po si LO 1yr 8mos na siya, nkakaramdam prin ako ng engorgement kahit na half day lang di siya mag latch, plus unli latch din po tlaga kami
