When it comes to making a decision on your LO’s nutrition from the wide range of options available, the nutrition information overload may be overwhelming. DHA? Thiamin? Biotin? What are these and what can they do for my LO? Are there any mummies who base their decision on the nutrition information? Or are there other factors that you consider? For me, the cost, value for money, taste, sweetness, and how long my LO stays satiated played a bigger part in making the decision to go with Enfagrow. I think for me is dha iron and taste. Even when it comes to food wise.
