Mine is sticky chicken! You marinade chicken thighs in the following: 4 x juice of limes 2 x zest of limes 1tbsp grated ginger 1tbsp finely chopped garlic 10tbsp soy sauce 3tbsp honey For an extra kick you can add chilli!
