What to do when my lo had a fall when he is asleep?

Hi I will first check him for injuries or wounds. Then I will monitor him for vomiting, prolonged crying and excessive sleepiness. There may be internal injury especially if he hit his head. However babies are actually hardier than we think so don't over worry just continue to monitor for 24h.

How serious was the fall? And what is LO's age? If very young and baby is still crying, I would bring to the PD. If not just comfort and observe that LO is not behaving unusually.
