Fish Oil Supplement Brand

What type of fish oil brand is good for pregnancy? I am having difficulty in swallowing the capsule/pills.. is there any recommended fish oil capsule that is come in smaller size?

nordic naturals is recommended because it has lower level of pollutants. the size is smaller than tje blackmores one
