Bedtime for younger babies

My 2 month old follows my timing and sleeps at 12am or sometimes 1am. 😅 But he wakes up for the day at a later timing as well, around 12-1pm. So he has a good 12 hours of sleep. I just keep the aircon on and room dark.

Earliest 8pm, otherwise before 10pm. Subject to changes.
