Pedia Consultation

What’s the protocol now? My 4 month old baby is currently sick - slight fever, colds and occasional cough. Nagpa sched ako sa pedia nya for a check up but I was told na di sila nag a accept ng sick babies now and I should go to the ER na lang daw or teleconsult. Ask ko lang if ths is still related sa Covid protocols? Para din aware ako moving forward. Thanks!
